This game is probably one of the worst games of ‘09 so far. I thought other SF games were bad, but this takes the cake. Where’s the blood? Or the Fatalities? And look at the new characters! An agent who is a mother? Everybody knows that moms (and women in general) should be home cooking and cleaning for their man instead of fighting. Abel, who is French? Everyone knows that French people are sissy liberals who do not fight. And don’t get me started on the other characters, which are rehashes from other games. I mean, Ryu is obviously a ripoff of Ryo from Art of Fighting. And the fighting system is petty as well.

If you want a good fighting game, play Shaq Fu or Clayfighter 63 1/3. If you want good Street Fighter stuff, watch the Oscar-winning movie with Jean Claude Van Damme, or the Oscar-nominated Legend of Chun Li.

Being a fan of street fighter for a long time, I was really excited when I heard that Capcom was going to go back to it’s roots and reserrect this franchise. Boy was I dissapointed. This game is way too hard. Not fun. And the music is some of the worst I have ever heard in a video game. And what happened to Blanka? He is like an 18 year old transvestite on steroids. They missed the boat on this one, sorry. It sucks big time

I preordered this game and payed $60 for it and even went back and invested $20 into the strategy guide. The next week I sold everything for $50. I did not like this game to begin with. I have loved the classic streetfighter up to the vs capcom games and this one I was dissapointed in. I figured that it would’ve had better combos to where you could link punches and kicks but the moves were based off of the origional street fighter. Old moves, new graphics. Thats all this game is about. The only cool thing about this game is the super combos and the graphics. as far as the game itself I thought it was awful. I have always been a street fighter fan, I figured this street fighter would have new moves and combos and new everything but it is just based off of the old street fighter. Wast of money and time.

Controls: I have played this game through and was sadly disappointed. I would like to say in advance that I have played and beaten every Street Fighter game I have come across. This game is a momumental failure simply because of the methods in which you fight. I even went ahead and tried the game on another Game console to no avail. The controls were lacking still.

Characters: The characters were okay at best, but appeared to be overdrawn. They look like muscle bound steroid abusers.

Cinematics: The visual scenery was good, and the colors were just right for the characters. The game meshed well in this area.

Price: I bought it for 59.99 USD, should have waited until it was 40.00. Then it would have been less of a loss.

Solution: I previously bought the old Street Fighter Online from the XBOX Live Market Place. It was well worth the effort. The characters were original, the controls were perfect, even being a differaent console, the price was ridiculously low. Better buy for your money if you are an avid Street Fighter fan.
