Why is this game so expensive if you look on dragon age website and look at other places to purchase its much cheaper every where else and I don’t understand why its so much more on here does it come with more item. I am basing this on the same product the collectors edition. I’m a beta tester for this game so I have played it stupid head lol your like talking to a preschool kid. besides I gave it a 5 some how it showed up as 1 so suck it.

Firat off, let it be known that I only write this in extreme frustration as a direct attack at Amazon’s preorder policies. I will delete this review IF I actually recieve my game and then give it a more accurate score.

I preordered this game 4 months ago, it was supposed to arrive today and yet still hasn’t even shipped. The game is on the shelves EVERYWHERE EXCEPT Amazon. I paid for one day shipping, and suddenly the item page says 10-14 days before it will be in stock?! What, did they do it in alphabetical order instead of by preorder date?! This is infuriating. I do everything I can to get away from GameStop and Amazon goes and takes preorders for items they NEVER planned on having in stock.

I like the other guy pre-ordered this game like four months ago and still have not received the game. I however received the strategy guide yesterday, but no game anywhere in sight. The delivery estimates still gives it another week. Ridiculous.

Dragon Age: Origins is a drop dead gorgeous medieval RPG with a heritage. Based off the “Baldur’s Gate” saga and developed by Bioware, who brought us the outstanding futuristic RPG title “Mass Effect”, Dragon Age is bringing the best of the best to the table. With scenery that rivals any Peter Jackson movie and an story that tops any previous RPG in brevity and interactivity, there is no doubt that Bioware will corner the RPG market with this, and Mass Effect 2 (which releases early next year). I look forward to this game’s release so much that Gamestop’s failure to secure enough copies of Dragon Age: Origins Collectors Edition has led me to purchase two copies of this game: One, the Collectors Edition, from Amazon…and two, the standard edition, from Gamestop. I think it’s worth it.

I knew I wanted this game, so I preordered it with a price savings. The disk arrived with errors, and I can’t finish the game. Amazon will accept a return and refund my money; but if I want the exact same product – the limited edition – I have to pay more as do not exchange products.

I now have to waste money, and of course can’t play right now, because Bioware’s disk printing was cheaply done.
