My son got this from his aunts and when I put it in it asked to update my WII. I wouldn’t have thought anything about it except it stated “If the Wii is not compatible that the wii would become inoperable”. It does not advertise this in the online description, on the box or in stores. Does anyone know is this upgrade safe? I have researched all the mateial that came with the game and my wii manual’s. I can’t find any inforamtion about an update. Help!
